Joe Jindra i have entered the requirements starting at 6000 and follows as required. I'm really not sure why my FPM is high still. Too slow? too much flaps?
Pat Leclerc Maybe try flaring just a tad earlier. You can also keep a little power on to help the plane settle down
Steve Kightlinger you asked if too much flaps, but you were in a 737 and only went to flaps 3? Doesn't that aircraft have like 8 flap positions? In my opinion you didn't have enough flap.
Joe Jindra only reasoning I had 3 flaps is only because when coming in with full flaps it was a steep angle and didn't like that too much for landing. With the 737-800
