Steve Kightlinger | Need help with this aircraft regarding fuel usage issues... will open a forum discussion on it... think I have aircraft.cfg issues to resolve for the 757 model I'm using. Used fuelplanner.com website as well as FSX's own Nav page in flight planner... both said I needed somewhere around 55k of fuel for this flight, so I loaded 75k for safety margin. However I ended up having to loiter for several hours to burn off HUGE amount of excess fuel before landing. Very confusing. |
Officially Retired | The online fuel planner will give you the total amount you need including contingency, extra fuel and alternate. No need to add anything. |
